Creative Dignity is a collective movement uniting designers, makers, and advocates to rebuild India’s artisan ecosystem in the wake of COVID-19.

 

Our vision? A future where craftspeople thrive with dignity, autonomy, and direct access to markets.

As Design Lead for the West Bengal chapter, I collaborated with a dedicated team to:

• Bridge the gap: Developed a virtual platform connecting artisans directly with buyers.

• Equip with skills: Trained artisans in product photography and catalog creation to amplify their reach.

• Drive impact: Generated ₹15–20 lakhs in 2–3 months for eight artisan groups—all while working remotely.

This is more than recovery; it’s reimagining resilience.
